Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was purchased .
Note:
● Returns must include all accessories in the package.
● Items must be in its original packaging (open boxes and bags are acceptable).
● Returns may be rejected if items dont meet the above requirements.
**If there has Lost of Shipment :
In cases where the shipment is missing, please send inquiries via email to contact@kuskercare.com.
The refund requirement is not compatible for the Lost of Shipment.
WARRANTY TIME
KUSKER item are covered by the one year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Process:
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase:the order number.
● KUSKER Will document the buyers troubleshooting of the product
● The defective item’s visible proof :The picture or video for the defective
● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning personal items
● Returning items claimed have defects but found by kusker quality control to be in working condition .
● Returning defective items in international shipping.
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
